Booking with Bare Skin: Essential Information to Remember
When scheduling an appointment with Bare Skin, please take note of the following important details:
- To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service or cancellation fees. We exclusively accept credit or debit card payments. Cash is not accepted at this time.
- To avoid forfeiting your deposit, ensure to use the "change/cancel" appointment link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled service to reschedule. Canceled appointments forfeit their deposit.
- We understand things come up. If you are unable to have someone come in your place and require a reschedule for the appointment the day before, we will charge a fee equivalent to 50% of the missed service cost and a new 50% deposit.
- Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation and will result in a fee equal to 100% of the missed service cost. In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of the appointment, a fee equivalent to 100% of the missed service cost will be charged. The credit card on file will be charged as necessary, and non-payment will result in a ban from future services at Bare Skin.
