We can discuss any discomfort or chronic pain you are experiencing as well as any concerns or fears surrounding birth or the postpartum period, assess how you're feeling physically and emotionally, process your birth story if needed, or just chat about the transition into parenthood. We will then come up with an individualized plan of support whether it be private lessons to address physical issues, or a list of nearby, accessible resources for specialized care, mental health, or a birth/postpartum doula.
