Initial session will be 60-120 minutes. Follow up session type will be determined based on individual client needs. Some examples of follow-up sessions are: embodiment sessions, coaching (life, health, spiritual), meal planning, holistic pelvic care, therapeutic movement, breathing/visualization work, energy work, etc.

This is a 90-minute session for first-time HPC clients. The work is great for all ages - from menarche to menopause - and introduces women to a holistic practice of self-care with regard to sexual and pelvic health, which addresses the root of many pelvic issues from trauma, birth, ancestral, hormonal, and more.
