Prices for installs (not microlinks or itips) are for 3 bundles. There is an additional fee of $20 per bundle after 3.
DEPOSITS
A $40 deposit is required to schedule all services and will be deducted from the final service total. Without exception, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event that you may not make it to your appt, please notify Tren (708) 724-3481 , 24 hours in advance to reschedule and your deposit will be credited to your next service. If you want to cancel or reschedule and your appt is within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. To avoid any confusion PLEASE cancel your appt prior to the 24hr window.
The balance can be made on the day of service by CASH OR ZELLE ONLY.
LATE ARRIVAL
It is our expectation, without exception, that every client be on time for their scheduled appointment. In the unfortunate event that a client is more than 15 minutes late, we can’t guarantee service. If the client is serviced after being more than 15 minutes late they may be subject to a maximum late fee of $25. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced due to lack of promptness, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred.
NO SHOWS
It is our expectation, without exception, that every client maintains their scheduled appointment date and time. In the unfortunate event that a client is a no show, we can’t guarantee service and/or a reschedule. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced and/or rescheduled due to their non-arrival, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred.
- I DO NOT work over any other stylist work. Sorry for the inconvenience. (Wigs, frontals, closures, that were previously installed by someone else WILL NOT be accepted.)
DROP OFFS : all hair MUST be dropped off a week before your appointment. NAME, APPOINTMENT DAY, AND TIME MUST BE attached to hair. If not, we are NOT responsible for your wig, for I do not know who it belongs to. Failure to drop off will result to a $50 additional fee for same day customizing.

If you are interested in a custom color please send a pic of the desired color to 708-724-3481. Coloring services start at $100 and up. Payment for color is required in full prior to the coloring process.
