Clients please text 708-858-1855 when you arrive. Stay in your vehicle until you receive a text to come in. Do not come to the door until you receive instructions to do so.
The following rules and best practices are mandatory for all clients and staff:
It is our expectation, without exception, that every client be on time for their scheduled appointment. In the unfortunate event that a client is more than 15 minutes late, we can’t guarantee service. If the client is serviced after being more than 15 minutes late they may be subject to a maximum late fee of $25. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced due to lack of promptness, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred.
It is our expectation, without exception, that every client maintains their scheduled appointment date and time. In the unfortunate event that a client is a no show, we can’t guarantee service and/or a reschedule. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced and/or rescheduled due to their non-arrival, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred.
A $40 deposit is required to schedule all services and will be deducted from the final service total. Without exception, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event that you may not make it to your appt, please notify Tren (708) 858-1855 , 24 hours in advance to reschedule and your deposit will be credited to your next service. If you want to cancel or reschedule and your appt is within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. To avoid any confusion PLEASE cancel your appt prior to the 24hr window.
WIG MAINTENANCE and INSTALL
** There are two choices when choosing to get a wig installed.
1. DROP OFF service located on the website. You will bring your unit in for washing and styling. The unit must be in at least 3 days prior to your appt. This service is booked separately from the install and is for the UNIT ONLY. Shampoo, condition and style (straight or curls) $45
Shampoo, condition and style (crimps or wand curls) $65
Must be paid at time of booking. 2. At the time of your install you will bring your unit washed and dried completely. The unit will be installed and styled.Same day wig maintenance for your unit is not avail at this time. Same day Crimps and wand curls are not avail for units at this time. If you need these services for your unit, please book the DROP-OFF service in advance
HAIR COLORING SERVICES
If you are interested in a custom color please send a pic of the desired color to 708-858-1855. Coloring services start at $90. The prices go up from there depending of color and technique. Payment for color is required prior to the color process.
When requesting a custom color Hair and payment is to be dropped off 5 days prior to the appt.
6. I do not maintain installs older than 2 months . A new install will need to be scheduled.
7. I do not do maintenance on installs I did not do. I only style my work.
