RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS ONLY PLEASE SCHEDULE AN INFORMAL CONFERENCE HERE. An informal conference is an informal meeting with a member of our Appeals Staff to review your appeal.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS ONLY. Only one informal conference is needed for all open appeals. Please note ALL appeals filed as well as any open appeals when filling out the Informal Conference Form.

Schedule a hearing before the Property Tax Board of Appeals (PTABOA). PTABOA meets once a month and the hearings are thirty minutes on average.

A field review is a physical review of your property. Field staff visits your property at the scheduled time. Physical review includes review of exterior only. Inside inspection is not required unless requested. Exterior review will include measurement of the outside of building(s) on the property and pictures of the property. Select this option if demolition has occurred and needs verification.
