There is no late fee. However, if you are late by 10mins or more your appointment is subject to cancellation.
No Call No Shows will be immediately banned from booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule I kindly ask that you do it at least 48 hours prior.
Please be sure to book all services that are needed when scheduling E.g. TAKE OUT, DEEP CONDITIONER, TRIMS ALL NEED TO BE ADDED TO YOUR TIME SLOT (ITS LOCATED IN THE "ADD ON" DROPBOX).
Please be mindful style durations on the site are estimates. I will try my best to get you out within that timeframe however things like long or extremely thick hair may take longer to style thus throwing me off schedule.
NO CASH APP PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ZELLE OR CASH ONLY
Hair is provided for braiding services. Colors 1, 1b, 2 and 4 are always on hand. if you'd like a color outside of that please shoot me a text prior to the appt. I can be reached at 202-446-5158. I DO NOT PROVIDE BUNDLES!
ALL SERVICES INCLUDE SHAMPOO AND BLOW DRYING. HOWEVER, DETANGLING IS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE AND WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST.
