If you would like to bring multiple babies in, they each require their own appointment. Initial Assessment *Free*

30 minutes

After booking your initial assessment, you will receive a welcome email with detailed instructions on next steps and what to expect. Please note: This service is for NEW PATIENTS ONLY.

**Please be advised that babies outside of ROKband PHSC's optimal treatment window (4-18 months old) will be required to pay $80/scan.

The clinician assessing your baby's head shape will depend on clinic availability. You may be assessed by a different clinician than the one you originally booked.

Re-Scan Assessment

30 minutes

Please select this service if you are coming back after the initial assessment to track your child's headshape with repositioning techniques. Please note that your initial assessment is free, along with your second scan (rescan). If you choose to come see us for further monitoring (second rescan or more), the 3rd visit will be an $80 charge- due at your appointment.

Follow-up

30 minutes

Please note that we are ok to offer our regular follow-ups IN-CLINIC, again. **Please select this service if your child is currently in a ROKband Program. Normally scheduled 2 weeks after a fitting and every 3 weeks thereafter. Thank you :)

Virtual Follow-up Appt

20 minutes

Please NOTE: This is for CURRENT PATIENTS in treatment - please do not use this to book an assessment, as we cannot assess your babies virtually. IF you need to come to clinic for an adjustment, update or fit concerns - please book a regular follow-up (in-clinic).
