In this 4-week series, Julie will combine the physical practice of Yin Yoga (a slow-meditative style of yoga that encourages surrender, release, observation, and mindful response) with the contemplative practice of Lovingkindness. You will not only learn how to physically let go of tension and how to observe your thoughts with less judgement and criticism, but you will leave each class with specific and practical ways to practice Lovingkindness in your own life. Be prepared for some inner work.
