TREATMENT ROOM: Only the client and technician are allowed in the treatment room during any procedure. If a translator is required, they are welcome to assist during the consultation/mock-up portion of the appointment. Children are not allowed in the treatment room at any time.
PERMANENT MAKEUP BOOKING FEE: To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is due at the time the appointment is made. This fee will be applied to the procedure cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments will forfeit any booking fee(s). 8 week follow-up appointments not canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will require a $50 fee to rebook.
LATE ARRIVALS: At the discretion of Cherry Belle, clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be considered a no-show and be required to reschedule so as not to affect clients booked later in the day.
