Please note all calls are nonrefundable. There is a 10 min. grace period. The call will end at the originally scheduled time if you are late.

Cancellations are not accepted within two hours of your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so before the 2-hour limit. There are no refunds, and canceled appointments DO NOT ROLL OVER.
