If you are new to Dragon and need to know everything about the software, this is the appointment for you. We install and configure Dragon, ensure an established workflow, and go over all the resources and features.
If you have a tricky issue, or have a complicated workflow, we can help streamline your processes in this session.
If Dragon is not working, giving errors or simply not responding, we will need this time to deduce the issues and try some things.

For additional Dragon installations*, quick questions, and general direction, we should only need this short session to help you. In some cases, an email response with the answers you need may be sent to you in advance of the appointment, depending on details provided.

* Most standard installations where there are few workflow complications and the system is running optimally can be completed in this session. Other configurations may require more time.

For investigations into minor issues, preliminary troubleshooting, “How to” Q & A, or advice, this is the session for you.
