All services require a valid charge card to remain on file and deposit to secure the appointment time. All deposits will be applied to client service amount.
All payments must be paid in full during time of service. Accepted forms of payment are Cash and Zelle.
For cancellations done within 24 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit amount will be refunded back to the customer. For cancellations not made within 24 hours prior to the appointment / no call no show are subject to a 20% cancellation charge to be debited from card stored on file.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, no additional persons can be accompanied with the client during time of service.
Late arrivals will automatically assess an additional $20 fee after 15 minutes. Any time after 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be assess to the balance with the inability to book again in the future.
No added on services once appointment has been booked!
