Before purchasing your lace please read:
For the most seamless result I would recommend an HD Thin Lace for all complexions [please note that if you do choose this lace type, you will have to treat it with care as the lace is more fragile than the normal Swiss lace).
Lace frontal's and closures come in different colours, therefore please ensure that your lace frontal is not too dark for you. The lace can only be darkened and not lightened.
For Caucasian/light brown skinned ladies you may purchase transparent lace to be safe, and for our brown / chocolate skinned ladies you may purchase light brown/medium lace colour. It is safer to order lighter lace colour and tint the lace if you are unsure of which lace colour suits you best.
Please do not bring: grey or green tinted lace frontal or closure & lace that is too dark for your skin if you want best results.
FAQ
CAN I HAVE MY WIG/ HAIR EXTENSION SHIPPED TO ME:
Yes, you can book an appointment, post your hair to us and we will ship back once your service is complete. Please select the appropriate shipping add-on option when booking your service.
CAN I BOOK AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS:
Yes. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp, if you want an emergency appointment. There is a fee of £50 on top of your service if booking 1-2 days before.
I WANT TO BOOK FOR 2 OR MORE SERVICES:
You will need to book a separate appointment per required service. If you are booking for both a colouring service and an installation service, you will need to book 2 separate appointments.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT:
No, but you may reschedule. If you have a no show or cancel 1- 2 days prior to your appointment, you may be unable to reschedule and will therefore lose your deposit and have to book a new appointment.

CAN I BRING ANYONE ALONG TO MY APPOINTMENT:
Please be considerate and contact us before your appointment if you are bringing someone along with you. Please stick to a maximum of 1 guest if you are unable to come alone. Thank you for your co-operation.
