Guided Breathwork Cafe is 45 minutes of guided expansive breathing for deep and peaceful effects.

Guided breathwork can relieve both muscle tension and a busy mind. The class culture is peaceful and mostly non-verbal/quiet voices. The goal of this class is to calm muscle tensions, increase personal oxygen levels and by doing so, soothe a busy mindset.
