To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, it is mandatory to wear a face mask while in our salon due to COVID-19 protocols.
To book an appointment, please note that our scheduling opens on the 15th of each month at 6 pm. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your total bill.
We understand that scheduling adjustments may be necessary, and we ask that any rescheduling be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. You may do so using the appointment link provided or by calling the salon during business hours for assistance. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No exceptions.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee, and we reserve the right to block you from future bookings.
While we love children, we request that you make child care arrangements and not bring them to your appointment unless they are also receiving services. Even the most well-behaved children can be exposed to dangers in the salon such as scissors, hot irons, and chemicals.
Please note that we have limited seating, and we kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment.
