Training in self-hypnosis, stress control, general orientation towards a healthy lifestyle and coaching on specific lifestyle goals. Training in the use to self-hypnosis to make specific changes you find you need in the future.
First session is 2 hours + 3 one hour weekly sessions.

Changing your orientation to becoming a non-smoker, self-hypnosis for stress management, replacement of whatever secondary gains smoking gave you with positive, health oriented behaviors.
First session is 2 hours + 2 - 3 1 hour weekly sessions.
