Bring a friend Fridays and rotate through 3 stations for an hour of fun Friday night training! If you can u8-u12 register from 5-6, and u13+ will be from 6-7.

Focus: Catching, Diving, Reactivity, Distribution: Goalies trained by coach Tarah Hobbs and Coach John Moening on all technical skills including controlled saves, shot stopping and distribution. All necessary skills to become a better goalkeeper.

This training is set for up to 4 players to train in the ARC together. This type of class can be beneficial to players by watching others and learning from them. This class is fun to do with a group of friends or teammates!
