You are required to enter a valid credit card number at the time of booking your appointment. However, you will not be charged until your service has been completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and No shows will result in 50% charge of the service you were scheduled for.
Each customer is allowed a 10 minute grace period. Arriving later may result in an incomplete service or forfeiting your appointment time. In the event that you arrive later than expected, and I am unable to take you, you will still be charged 50% of the service you were scheduled for.
