Terms and Conditions for SHINE 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to SHINE 2025! By registering for this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The event will take place from February 26 to March 2, 2025, at The Crooked Mile, Bellville, TX.

2. Registration

Participants must complete the registration process by January 20, 2025. Registration will remain open until January 20, 2025 or until all available spots are taken, whichever comes first.
Standard registration is available from November 27, 2024, to January 20, 2025, with a standard rate of $3888.
A deposit of $2022 is required for standard registration, with a second payment of $2022 due one month later.

3. Payment Terms

All registrations must be paid in full by February 20, 2025.
Accepted payment methods include most major credit cards.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations.
If you have an emergency and are unable to attend, you can use your payment (less 20% of the total if notified by January 10, 2025), towards a future event or Untethered Life service.

5. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, location, or format. Participants will be notified of any changes via email and we will work together to ensure you are honored in our agreements.
If we, the organizer, have to cancel or change the date, we will offer you the option to attend the new date or request a full refund.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in SHINE 2025, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event.

8. Media Release

Participants grant the organizer permission to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please inform us in writing at heather@untethered.life.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be collected and used solely for the purpose of organizing and promoting the event. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

11. Governing Law
