If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered as canceled.
If you have thin or balding hair, you must communicate with me before booking. Even if you are a repeat client, please do not assume that any style can be accomplished with your hair.
ALL deposits are non-refundable. Please ensure you hair is washed, detangled, and dried within 24 hours of your appointment. If you show up, and your hair has not been washed and detangled, I will not do your hair and the full fee for the scheduled service will be charged. If you need to cancel an appointment, you will have to do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will cause a cancellation fee of the remaining balance of the total hair style cost, after the deposit. Hair style cannot be changed once appointment is booked.
