An insight session typically lasts about 90 minutes. This includes 20-30 minutes discussing the issue on which you are seeking some insight, 10-15 minutes doing the Insight process, and up to 45 minutes working with your results. Also included is a 30 minute followup session about 1 week later to review any learnings, develop greater clarity, and discuss next steps (action plan, commitment, etc).

If you've done, or plan to do, a self-administered Tapintu Insights session, you can schedule a 30 minute coaching session to do a brief review of your results or to ask for any specific clarification.
