To secure your slot, a non-refundable £30 deposit will be needed in the case of rescheduling or cancelling. This is then deducted from the total price. Remaining balance to be paid via bank transfer at the appointment, please!
Please understand, if you chose to reschedule your appointment, another deposit will be required.

NO SLOTS AVAILABLE?:
If there are no slots available, it means the month is fully booked.
Slots are released at 7pm on the 14th of the previous month (e.g. December slots are available 14th of November at 7pm).
If the date you’re wanting is not available, it unfortunately means it has been booked or is not available at all.
9am appointments and appointments 6pm and after are £15 extra. The total price will be sent in your appointment confirmation email/text. Emergency appointments are £30 extra. To book for this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon arrival, yourself and Sandra will be required to wear a mask as well as using hand sanitiser at the same time as Sandra.
All stations, tools and surrounding areas, will be cleaned prior to your arrival and can be done whilst you are discussing hair styling with Sandra to make you feel more assured/comfortable.
If you are ill or are showing any symptoms, please please refrain from attending the appointment. Sandra will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment at a later date. If Sandra feels as though you are showing symptoms of being ill, the appointment will be cancelled immediately and the remaining balance will have to be paid.
If you're purchasing hair from us, please order the hair minimum 10 days before your appointment date (in advance would be recommended to avoid any delays). Hair can be ordered via sandraamikawigs.com or via email
If you’re providing your own hair, please ensure the hair is with us 4 days before your appointment for it to be prepped and made. Delay will result in a late fee. This is the same protocol for closure/frontal maintenance appointments!
If you're unfamiliar with lace and want to achieve a flawless install, we would recommend you purchasing HD lace. This is because the lace is thin and melts into the skin effortlessly. HD lace is especially recommended for glueless mini frontals.
Please ensure that your lace colour matches your complexion! This applies to both closures and frontals. Fair/medium complexions, please request transparent or HD lace colour. Brown to dark complexions, please request medium brown or HD lace or transparent lace. IF IN DOUBT, GET HD LACE
Please, please avoid being late to the appointment as it causes inconveniences to other clients after you.
15 mins late, results in £10 late fee
30 mins late, the appointment will be cancelled.
Please note: if there are clients after you and you're more than 30 minutes late, it will be cancelled as she can't disrupt her clients.
Please keep in mind that further customising, alterations are done during the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled, Sandra is not obligated to do this for you at a later date.
