SALON HOUSE RULES:

ALL DEPOSITS are NONrefundable but can transfered to another appointment as long as appointment is booked within 24 hours. Remaining balances must be paid in CASH, APPLE PAY, OR CARD YOU BOOKED WITH ONLY . If you pay via credit card you must have ID.

If you are 15 mins late it will ultimately result in $25 late fee and if you are 30 mins late your Appointment will be cancelled; deposit forfeited and you will be blocked from booking with me in the future. Please notify me within 24hrs of your appointment if you need change or reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be credited to your next service. If you have any questions about your service that you received, I will correct any problems within 3 days after your appointment.

All coloring services require a 50% deposit of TOTAL appointment cost paid via Apple Pay before hair will be colored. Additionally, once hair has been colored 50% deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure your pictures and requests are fully explained before booking coloring services. Bundles must be dropped off or mailed to me a week in advance before of your appointment.

Due to limited space in my suite & COVID I ask that you please come alone. MASK ARE REQUIRED. IF YOU ARE SICK IN ANY KIND OF WAY APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

Please bring used extensions clean, dry and free of any thread. Make sure your bundles are dry at the time of your appointment. If bundles require blow dry it is an additional fee due $20.

We do sale extensions and wigs. Please order your extensions and wigs a week before your appointment to ensure in it is in on time. Hair can be purchased on our website at www.Richandrawluxuryhair.com

• 3 bundles are Standard for any install. For extra bundles pass 3 will be an additional $20 per bundle.

My work takes time. Please do not schedule your appointment within 3hrs of having to be somewhere. If you have an important engagement, please let me know upon your arrival and I will attempt to accommodate you.

If you are wanting a same day Wig I must know 48 hours in advance.
