I've noticed a lot of pressure around self-care, especially during the pandemic.

We have internal and external "shoulds". That can create resistance, guilt, shame, self-blame, perfection and intense emotions for us... and it still doesn't lead to the results we want: better self-care and peace.

If you struggle with this, this class will be helpful. We'll explore, reflect, discover, dig a little, tap a little, and find new healthy ways to approach self-care.
