Narrowing down a massage to a specific title doesn't work for myself or my clients. Every client has individual needs and goals for their session. I base my work on a number of factors; that I gather when speaking with and physically assessing the client, along with my knowledge and experience. All of my sessions can include various techniques and modalities. Dry needling is a technique used to treat myofascial pain. The technique uses a “dry” needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle, known as trigger points.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The cup is generally left in place for up to 5 minutes. Expect dark circles on your skin, following this treatment for a few days.
