Location:

• Belle Ame Beauty Studio
• Arrive 5 min early to your appointment to find parking.

Deposit:

• There is a 40% NON Refundable deposit for all services due at the time of your booking.

• Please remove all eye make up prior to your appt. (If I have to remove the make up there will be a $5 charge and it will take time from your appointment).
• Bring contact lenses case if you wear contacts
• Caffeine less then an hr before can make eyes shaky and difficult to apply lashes.
• Everyone has different lashes, to ensure the life and health of your natural lashes we will consult what will be best for you.

• Fills are required to have 40% or more of lash extensions left and they must be in good standing.
• After 3 weeks in between appts fills are considered full sets, with the exception of volume sets.
• Outside fills with be accepted, with the same conditions, with an additional $20 add on fee.

• After 15 min appointments will be cancelled and deposit forfeited,
• Cancellations made within 12 hrs of appointment time will forfeit deposit.
• No shows will be charged 1/2 of the total service price, to card on file.
