Please use the same email address used to book the session otherwise the session may be removed even if the appointment appeared booked.
Select an available date/time that works for you. You will receive a confirmation email after scheduling. If you do not receive the email please check your spam box or contact me. The email contains important information about your shoot.
Please use your cell phone number as in the phone field as this is the number I will text if there are any last minute instructions.
From my FAQ and the T&C agreed to prior to booking your session, my rescheduling/cancelation policy is as follows:
Due to the complexity of scheduling multiple shoots and the time preparing and setting up for a shoot I have a strict cancelation policy.
Retainers are non-refundable. Shoots can be rescheduled, but if you reschedule with less than 7 day notice there will be a $100 per person rescheduling fee. If you want to reschedule with less than 48 hour notice the fee is $200 per person. I must be informed if you can't make a session or need to reschedule prior to the session start time otherwise the session can not be rescheduled.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours for sessions with 5 or more people will result in the loss of your retainer.
