Dianne offers in person or telehealth. If this is your first appointment it must be an "initial" appointment. I provide functional nutrition, getting to the root of digestive issues, hormone imbalances, fatigue, and other health challenges.
When booking, regardless of whether you are an insurance client or paying out of pocket, you will be asked for a credit card number. This is just to secure your spot. You will NOT be charged at this time if you chose "reserve without paying". You will only be charged for late cancellations and no-shows. We require 48 hours notice. If you click "pay now" but are insurance and require a refund, the credit card processing fee is 4% for refunds.
I only see patients who live in Massachusetts, California, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, or Virginia.
