What you should know before scheduling an appointment:
*Your hair needs to be washed and free of oils before your appointment, or you will be charged for a wash.
*Hair is not included in the price of the service.

*** When scheduling an appointment, I need to know ALL services that you will be getting. I only allot a certain amount of time for the service that you schedule, and other appointments are scheduled accordingly. So please, NO SURPRISES, or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment!

Your time is valuable and so is mine. I work with one client at a time, so if I have reserved a 3-4 hour slot for a weave service and you don't cancel in a prompt manner, that time could have been allotted for someone who did want to receive a weave service.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will automatically be CANCELLED!
NO CALL, NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!!!
