Private On Ramp
The private On Ramp is 3 x 30 minute sessions, in a one on one setting with a coach. During the Private On Ramp you still go over the same basic movements as the Group On Ramp, however the schedule is much more flexible to suit your availability.

On Ramp - Beginners Course - February 2019
Our beginners course is designed to help you learn the basic movements and skills used in a regular group CrossFit Class. This course is required for all new CrossFit Members and runs over three one hour classes.
In every session you will be coached through a warm up, some skills and a short workout all with the help of one of our awesome coaches. For this group option, you will be part of a group of other beginners too!
