On Ramp - Beginners Course - March 2019
Our beginners course is designed to help you learn the basic movements and skills used in a regular group CrossFit Class. This course is required for all new CrossFit Members and runs over three one hour classes.
In every session you will be coached through a warm up, some skills and a short workout all with the help of one of our awesome coaches. For this group option, you will be part of a group of other beginners too!
