Happy Healthy Feet Footcare Clinic
Everything in our body is connected and our feet are the foundation of our body and our overall health and well-being. Learn ways to reduce pain and stiffness in your feet and increase strength and mobility through gentle alignment-based movement re-education activities both seated and standing. We will be barefoot for part of the workshop. Please dress comfortably. Mats, balls, props, filtered water and instruction handouts are provided.
