Lacking documents may cause delays or a rejection of your application.
Each applicant must create an individual appointment.For example, if your spouse or child wishes to renew his/her passport during the same visit, he/she will need to create an individual appointment (before or after yours if available). If you are also lodging an application for personal number or retention of citizenship, a separate appointment must likewise be made for this.If multiple applicants arrive booked under a single appointment, only one application will be received.
Availability of appointments
New appointments become available on a daily basis two months in advance. Thus it is not possible to book an appointment more than two months in advance.
Appointments must be booked through the booking portal.
COVID-19 restrictions may be implemented or changed on short notice. Please note that COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines as applicable at the time of your appointment must be adhered to.
