Time slot for EXTERNAL FIRING Drop-offs &/or Pick-ups. We have a pre-pay system for bisque firing. Glazed pieces are paid for upon pickup. Fired work can be expected to be picked up within 2-3 weeks.
During your time slot you can also purchase, drop off, or pickup any the following: Clay bags, tools, glazeware, finished work, class work, bisqued pieces, seconds, etc.

This Timeslot is for CLASS Pick-up. A colleague can help you locate your pieces, which are already included in your class payment. We hope to see you in the studio again soon!

During this time slot, you can ask us technical questions, or purchase/pickup any the following:
Clay bags, tools, external firings, glazeware, finished work, class work, bisqued pieces, seconds, etc.

In this Private Session you will develop your own glaze, textures and surfaces. Theoretical discussions also teach you to read cones and observe your glaze results, as well as understanding fluxes and the firing process.

An additional 1 hour follow up session will be booked flexibly with your teacher for one week after your session (included in price).

Learn how our clay 3d printer works, including techniques such as: preparing clay slip, filling the cartridge, controlling the printer's motion and air pressure. Then learn slicing software to engineer a 3D design into a successful clay form. Then print your design!

*Please note: if you want glazed results, you must book an additional glazing session or join a flexible glazing class, minimum 7 days after printing session.

After your work from previous sessions has been fired to a bisque temperature, you can follow-up by learning how to apply glaze to create finished work.

Basic principles of slip-casting are explained. After this session you will have a finished plaster mold which will need to dry for at least one week before it can be used with wet clay. To continue to the slip-casting process, an additional slip-casting session or independent work in the studio is required.
