A $15 late fee if 10 minutes late & will be deducted from remaining time, anything PAST 10 minutes will need to reschedule, No call/show charge is 50% of services plus late fee and will charge credit card on file, if it cannot be charged fees will need to be paid in full before scheduling next appointment & WILL be BLOCKED for future services. Please Confirm/Cancel w/in 48 hours. Same day cancellations will have a $15 inconvenience fee added to next appointment. DEPOSIT & SERVICES ARE (NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE) NO CHILDREN or ADDITIONAL PEOPLE are allowed at appointment due to safety and liability, NO EXCEPTIONS if brought you will have to RESCHEDULE.
