1. Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and blown out. (If you need this service done please add it as a ADD ON)
2. Please understand that all hair is NOT accepted. For best and most natural results we ask that you purchase hair from US
3. No additional guest are allowed to accompany you.
4. if you are booking any LACE installations we require your hair to us 48 hours in advice for proper customization.( if brought same day there is an additional fee that will be applied)
5. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. ( You can only reschedule if you wish to)
6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
7. Please Arrive 10 mins early for your appointment if you are late please advise prior not 10 mins before your appointment.
