Like our in-store consultation this is a special online serivce to correctly assess and size your feet to find the best shoe for you. You will be asked some questions to determine the shape of your feet and we will use the information to recommend the best fitting shoe for your foot shape.

A 30 minute session to correctly assess and size your feet to find the best shoe for you. This includes the fitting of G8 footbeds and cleats. You will not be assessed pedalling on your bike.

For when your bike has done some serious miles and needs to be restored to its former glory. We will strip the bike back to the bare frame and every inch inside and out is detailed to perfection. Ceramic coating labour included with the purchase of the Ceramic fluid.

Perfect for modern integrated road bikes which need disassembly for correct servicing.

Our in-depth annual service recommended once per year

This includes all the work of our general service plus:
+ All bearing areas will be serviced*
+ Hydraulic brakes bled if required
+ Electronic gear systems updated
+ Shifter and power meter batteries replaced if required
+ 6 month ceramic coating applied (2 year coating can be applied as an extra)

*Bikes that require headset bearing replacements which have internal cable routing through the stem may incur an additional labour charge.

Our regular check up service

The general service covers cleaning and degreasing every inch of your bike as well as adjustments of your gears, brakes and wheels. We will ensure everything is working as expected and check every part for wear and replace if required*.

* Sealed systems such as bearing areas or hydraulic brake systems do include a surcharge if invasive work is required.

This is intended as a regular check over of your bike every 2-6 months, or before a planned event.

Included is a wipe down of your bicycle frame, cleaning and oil of your chain, a nut and bolt check and tune of your gears.

* This should be booked as a check over and not a service. If your bike requires replacement parts this will be upgraded to our general service charged at £120.

Have your pride and joy set up to match your fit data - requires you to have had a bike fit first! This service requires that you leave the bike with us for the day.

Please note! Some integrated bicycles will may incur additional labour costs, for example if cables need to be re-routed. New component parts are often required, we will talk you through these options on drop-off.

Boxing of a bike for travel in a box supplied by you.

Our bike build service will take your new frame and parts and fully assemble your bicycle for you.

*If your new bicycle has hydraulic brakes, Di2 wiring, or complicated internal routing additional labour charges may occur based on time taken. Although we may not be able to quote for this we will cap the additional charge at £100.

Our new groupset fitting covers the removal of your old groupset plus fitting and adjustment of your new parts. New wheels can also be fitted at additional costs Starting from £45.

*If your new bicycle has hydraulic brakes, Di2 wiring, or complicated internal routing additional labour charges may occur based on time taken although we may not be able to quote for this we will cap the additional charge at £100.

Building of a partially assembled, boxed bike and full PDI safety check. Built to your bike fit data can be done at the same time for an additional £75.

* If your new bicycle has hydraulic brakes, Di2 wiring, or complicated internal routing additional labour charges may occur based on time taken. Although we may not be able to quote for this we will cap the additional charge at £100.

Our wheel swap includes transfer of parts from one wheelset to the other, or the fitting of new parts and the correct installation of the wheels with adjustments made to the gears and brakes.

* As part of our corkage policy additional charges may occur for brand new wheel sets based on our staff members discretion. If you wish for the tyres to be set up tubeless there will be an additional £20 charge per wheel.

Our Bottom Bracket Service/Replacement covers the removal, cleaning, and installation of your bottom bracket bearings.

* In most cases bottom brackets are sealed units in which case if worn we will replace the unit without contacting you, on average this may add between £40 - £100 to the bill.

Hydraulic brakes should be bled once a year if used frequently according to most manufacture guidelines. This service will inspect, clean and replace the oil in your brake system.

This service includes a deep clean of both callipers and rotors as well as a fluid change on your brakes.

Our gear service focuses solely on your drive chain components. The gears will be deep cleaned and set up ensuring they are working to their best potential, any replacement parts such as cables, chains, etc are charged on top.

Our headset service covers the removal, cleaning, and installation of your headset bearings.

* In most cases headset bearings are sealed units in which case if worn we will replace the unit without contacting you, on average this may add between £20 - £50 to the bill.

Our hub service will include a full strip down, inspection and re-assembly of your wheels hub bearings.

*If your wheel requires sealed cartridge bearings these will be replaced without contacting you which may add £20 - £80 to the bill depending on what is required.

Our insurance report involves a safety inspection of the bicycle and a written report of our findings along with an estimated cost of repair which can be given to insurance companies to support your claim.

* As always we strive to be as accurate as possible with these estimates but please be aware that some issues may only become present once repair work is in progress. In such case Bicycle. accepts no liability towards further costs not clearly present in the initial inspection.

A check over and true of your wheel after a buckle.

* If any spokes are damaged an additional £10 labour will be added plus the cost of spokes normally between £2 - £4 each depending on what is required.
