Ignorance of any terms agreed to when booking cannot be used as a valid reason in the event of dissatisfaction.
AVAILABILITY:
You are able to book an appointment up to 35 days into the future.
You can reschedule up to 12hrs before your booking using the same deposit.
You can do this yourself via the ‘change appointment’ icon in your confirmation email.
You will be charged a non-refundable deposit of £15 deposit for extensions and £10 for infills, pedicures and manicures.
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
All nail art & design options are add-ons and an additional cost to your base treatment.
Art add-ons must be selected from the drop-down menu to add extra time to your booking.

When booking appointments, you may be placed with any technician who is trained to provide that treatment.
Be assured that which ever technician you are seen by will provide you with a high standard treatment.
However, if you wish to make a special staff request, you can do so by contacting us via phone or email and we will try to accommodate this request if your chosen technicians schedule allows for it.
You will find out which technician you are being placed with after booking, in the confirmation email. It will say: FNGR’D by *technicians name* in the title.

There will be a £10 fee added to your final bill for special staff requests.

Parking is limited but there is a small car park to the left of the salon, download the ‘RingGo’ app, it is £2.50p/h.
We are a 5min walk from Elephant and Castle and Kennington stations.
PEDICURES
Express pedicures can be selected as an add-on to any hand treatment.
Full pedicures need to be booked as stand alone treatments, to do this:
Click the “ Schedule another appointment icon” at the bottom of the page after you have finished booking your first nail appointment.
Repeat the same booking process but this time selecting:
Foot Treatments > Full pedicure > Select the same date as your first treatmen t> Select a time that does not clash with your first treatment
Ensure your 2 treatment times do not overlap each other by paying attention to both the selected start time and duration of your first treatment.
PRESS-ON NAILS
The order date you select when booking is the day I will start making your order.
Allow up to 5 working days after that date for the set to be completed. They will then be sent out via 1st class recorded delivery.

Select your base, add your art/extras options, leave your detailed design description and delivery information when prompted.
