3-Hour Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 3 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fee
If you cancel your appointment with less than 3 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee will be charged at your next appointment.
