• All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and can only reschedule using the same deposit once.
  
  
• Remaining balance can be paid in cash, cash app, apple pay, or Zelle. No other payment options are available.
• No refunds for services.

• PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  
• After 20 mins your appointment is automatically cancelled. NO exceptions NO excuses. 🙅🏾‍♂️
• If you know that you cannot make it on time please contact me so that we can reschedule your appointment with the same deposit. Please be considerate of my time and others.

• If you need your extensions colored they must be brought and/or shipped to me a week in advance. Mulan DOES NOT color hair the same day as the appointment. Price for color depends on the desired color the client wants. Pricing for color would be discussed in consultation before hair is shipped and/or brought to Mulan.

🌸 Please read the following rules for your appointment.

1. Come shampooed with your hair completely dry and free of all products. Oil can be applied to the scalp after foundation is complete. Shampoos are available as an add on.
2. If you're reusing previous extensions, or wigs. Extensions or wig must be clean, detangled, dry and free of any remaining thread. If your extensions are cut into multiple pieces you will be charged extra for install. If extensions are cut entirely too much Mulan will not service you.
3. No guest or extra people with you or you will not be serviced.
4. Location will be sent via text message.
