I am a full service stylist, meaning, I shampoo and style all of my clients at the time of their appointment! I Am very punctual and schedule clients in a time-frame that respects both the previous Client and client to come after; so please be timely so that everyone’s appointment time is respected. Late Fee
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!! You will have a 15 min grace period. If you exceed the grace period, there will be a STRICT $20 Late fee enforced. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. Timeliness is important so that I am prepared for the next client. If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW 50% of the total service will be charged to your card. No exceptions
Cancellation
Appointment cancellations/rescheduling must be at least 24 hours before original appointment. Deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days of original appointment. If there is a NO CALL NO SHOW client will no longer be able to book with Hairbyjerrijay
Wig Constructions
Wig construction takes 7 business days. Wig construction with customized color can take up to 14 business days.. If you are booking a Custom Wig Order, fill out the required form in the link below.

Extensions
Color service add-ons for extensions are done prior to appointment. When reusing personal bundled, they must be washed and dried prior to your scheduled appointment. Bundle wefts must not be cut! I will only install full bundles.
Wigs must be shampooed before install appointments. If you want to add wig washing as an add on that service is available.
BraidShampoo is provided with all braids. Braiding hair is included in1,1b,2 ONLY. Colored hair must be provided by you. Please txt 7733967033 to see what hair to purchase. Braid Size and length can not be changed the day of.
All knotless appoinments must start at 9am
