I hope you find it straightforward, I appreciate there is a lot to read, especially during the Pandemic.
During this National Lockdown, I am only treating those in the greatest need. For instance if pain or immobility is adversely affecting your ability to undertake daily tasks or impacting on your quality of life. I am not seeing new clients to prioritise the ongoing treatment of existing clients and I am not treating clinically vulnerable individuals.
The booking system is optimistically open from mid-February onwards. If you would like to speak to me about booking an appointment in the mean time you need to speak to me in person, please call 01981 242044 so that we can assess whether a face to face appointment is in your best interests.
If this is your first appointment then please select New Client 1 hour. This will give you access to an online Client History form which I need you to fill in before you come. I am unable to offer longer appointments at present and so need to gather the information prior to seeing you. It will take about 10 minutes to fill in, if this causes you any difficulty please make your initial appointment by phone. Please also read the First Appointment Information Form, this should answer any questions you have about your initial visit, including directions. Please can I ask you to take a moment to read the cancellation policy and check that you are happy with that before booking your appointment. Please also note that my treatment room is on the second floor so if you have mobility issues then it is best to arrange for me to visit you at home, this can be arranged on the phone only.
