BOOKING POLICY
- All appointments are subject to a £20 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is to secure your slot and goes towards your outstanding balance.
APPOINTMENTS:
- We give all clients a 15-minute grace period. Anything after this will result in a £10 late fee.
- Any later than 20 minutes appointments will be cancelled.
AVAILABILITY
- Appointments are released monthly.
- If appointment days are not available this means appointments are booked out or unavailable.
HAIR HYGIENE
- Ensure that bundles are clean before attending the appointment.
An additional charge of £20 will be added to the bill if bundles are unclean.
HAIR DROP-OFFS
- Wig-making services, bundles and closures/frontals will need to be delivered 4 days before the appointment.
-Custom and lace wigs require hair to be delivered/ dropped off 3 days before the appointment.
- Please follow the requirements as this can result in the cancellation.
LACE CLOSURE & LACE FRONTAL REQUIREMENTS
- We do not accept dark lace.
-Please ensure you do not ATTEMPT to customize lace as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to work with it.
-Please ensure that you purchase good quality lace to avoid any installation difficulties.
- For assistance in ordering the correct lace we can assist with this.
-If required we may need to tint lace to match complexion.
- The ideal type of lace is Transparent lace and HD lace.
