If you are a new patient, please contact us via call, email or text to discuss the new intake paperwork, and we will get you scheduled as soon as possible.
In addition, We are now offering in-person appointments. If you do not see a time that works well for you, please call, email or text our office to ask about cancellations or other availability.
Please note that you will be asked to enter a valid credit card in order to secure an appointment. This card will not be charged, and is kept on file in the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. You may pay for your appointment in another manner if you wish, such as by check, HSA, etc.
