A preview session is a 30 minute Virtual Retreat to give you a glimpse into what we offer.
You will experience a 10 minute opening video call followed by 10 minutes in one of our transformation rooms. The session will conclude with a 10 minute closure video call.

Experience rejuvenation in a 1 hour mini retreat.
You will begin with a 20 minute opening session followed by time in the transformation rooms. Your retreat will conclude with a 20-minute closure session.

Our full day retreat includes entrance to each transformation room and a personal coaching sessions at specific intervals throughout the program. The full day retreat is perfect for those who desire time away from responsibilities and a mechanism for self discovery.

You will begin each day with a 30-minute opening session then spend time in the transformation rooms. Each day will conclude with a 30-minute coaching session. Additional coaching is available as needed.
