This group is for new parents and their babies. You will find support, information, and fun each week. New parents will have a chance to share their fears, questions, and joys in a non-judgmental environment. Every week there will be a topic of discussion as well as time to get to know each other. Topics include: sleep, feeding, your shifting identity, and postpartum mood adjustment. There will be a mini "circle time" at the end of each class where you will learn new ways to play with your baby.
