Winter Solstice Yoga Practise

The Winter Solstice is an annual astronomical event that marks the mid point of Winter, creating the shortest day and the longest night of the year. In this practise we will be using yoga postures, breathwork, chanting and meditation to align our bodies, warm our souls and connect to the light within us that fires us. A beautiful way to celebrate not only the cosy darkness of winter but also the lengthening of the days to come.
