In our first visit I plan to learn your entire medical history, ask about your concerns, do targetted and screening physical exams, and begin to get to know you as a person. After the visit you will receive a printed copy of your first treatment plan, and we can talk on the phone to check in within 2 weeks.

This type of visit is for established patients with regard to concerns that we have already begun to work on.

This type of visit is more like a conventional doctor's visit in which we will not discuss anything other than your primary concern.
