Includes weekly homework to consolidate your progress and encourage accountability.
Two-Day Program Demonstration
Two 45 minute programs scaled to your level of fitness, mobility and experience. Will include dynamic stretching, self-myofascial release, activation of important, under-used postural muscles and resistance training to reinforce your postural gains and keep you strong where you should be.
