New Sport Performance Evaluation
The best way for a new athlete to get started. Athletes are taken through a movement assessment and a battery of performance tests to generate a baseline and build a customized training program. Evaluations are $39 or free with any membership plan.

This interactive workshop with Dr. Molly King introduces a variety of techniques for improving mobility along with information on what contributes to good quality mobility. Dr. Molly will take you through various soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques along with stretching exercises to reinforce mobility gains.
This interactive workshop with Dr. Grant Norland introduces the concepts behind core stabilization and the importance of core stability in sports. Be ready to work! Participants will perform a variety of core stabilization exercises including static, dynamic, and rotational exercises.
Speed-Plyo-Agility (SPA) Workshop
This interactive workshop is lead by Zayne Medhaug, one of our professional sport performance coaches. Be ready to really move in this workshop! You will be introduced to a variety of exercises and drills for developing straight-ahead speed, change of direction, and explosiveness.
If you're curious about using kettlebells in your workouts, you'd like to brush up on your technique, or learn a few new exercises, this workshop is for you! This workshop is led by Justin "Axe" Axelson, a CSCS and a sport performance coach.
